At Acco Rent Private Limited, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refund, exchange, and return options under the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Requests for refunds, exchanges, or returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds and exchanges are not applicable to personalized items, and products marked as non-returnable.
3. Refund and Exchange Process
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can either choose to return the product or take a replacement of the same product. In either case, you have to raise a request within 7 days of receiving the product with proper pictures and videos of unpacking, either in your account’s order history or by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at +91 935-217-9595.
Returns: One of our delivery agents will pick up the order within 24-48 hours of receiving your query. Once it has arrived at our warehouse and we have inspected it for quality purposes, we shall credit the refund to you within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: One of our delivery agents will pick up the order within 24-48 hours of receiving your query. Once it has arrived at our warehouse and we have inspected it for quality purposes, we shall deliver the replaced product to you within 3-4 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase within 7-10 business days.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit or bank transfer will be provided.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return or exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, Acco Rent Private Limited will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or Custom-Made Products: Items that have been customized or made to order cannot be returned or refunded.
- Used or Altered Items: Products that have been used, altered, or damaged (not due to manufacturing defects) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased during a sale, clearance event, or with a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift Items: Products received as gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Missing Packaging or Invoice: Returns without original packaging, tags, or a valid invoice will not be accepted.

- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it must be processed as a return.
